What is ZenSpace?

ZenSpace SmartPods combine hardware (a meeting pod) with a technology platform to create on-demand meeting spaces that provide a private, quiet, tech-enabled oasis of calm for conducting your business. People can search, select, schedule and pay for use of our SmartPods by the hour with the touch of a finger (like ordering a ride share).

What are the key features?

Where do I get an app or register?

Our ZenSpace app is free and there are a couple of ways you can register to reserve a ZenSpace.

  • On the web: Click here to be taken to the account registration page where you can sign up and register to reserve a ZenSpace.
  • On mobile: Download the ZenSpace app from the App Store or Google Play. Once you have the app you can proceed to set up your account and then search, select and schedule an available ZenSpace.
Does it cost anything to download the ZenSpace app?

Nope. The app is free allowing you to conveniently schedule a ZenSpace for a meeting, call, catching up on work or simply getting some zen time.

What configurations does ZenSpace come in?

Our pods are available in 1, 2 and 4-seater configurations. We also have two product lines of pods:

  • SmartPods – These are our fully tech-enabled, IoT devices designed for scheduling and payment processes for use at events and other public spaces.
  • ZenPods – Very similar to our SmartPods, but without the app scheduling and payment technologies. These are well suited for use as turnkey meeting rooms at events as well as in office spaces.
Where can I find a ZenSpace?

At this time most of our ZenSpace SmartPods are being leased and deployed for use at events and conferences where there are large gatherings of people looking for a quiet, private space to conduct business. Please check our home page for upcoming events where ZenSpace will be available.

We are also selling our ZenPods to offices and developers looking to add flexible private meeting spaces to their office environments. We are currently selling ZenPods in the United States, but we look to expand beyond those borders in the future. Get in touch with us if you are interested in purchasing ZenSpace ZenPods for your offices.

We also have plans to expand to other venues and locations as well, so stay tuned as we expand our footprint. If you are interested or know of an organization or company that may have an interest in leasing or purchasing a ZenSpace product, contact us and let us know.

Do ZenSpace products have ventilation?

Yes. Each ZenSpace has a built-in air circulation unit to keep the space properly ventilated during use.

What kind of ZenSpace would be right for me?

That depends on your needs and how you plan to use your ZenSpace. Our SmartPods are primarily intended for use in events and public spaces, while our ZenPods without the scheduling technology are more likely to be used for office settings or as meeting rooms within an exhibitor’s floor space.
