Terms of Service

ZenSpace provides a software platform for booking, payments, access, and operations of physical spaces, plus the ZenAI agent suite that runs on top.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes.

Monthly or annual billing. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term unless cancelled. Non-payment may result in suspension after a 14-day grace period.

Hardware (smart locks, sensors, gateways, displays) and deployment services are quoted per property and billed separately from the platform license.

No illegal activity, no abusive behavior, no attempts to reverse-engineer or circumvent the platform's security or licensing.

You own your data. ZenSpace owns the platform, including all software, models, and derived telemetry that is not personally identifiable customer data.

Both parties agree to protect each other's confidential information using reasonable commercial measures.

The service is provided "as is" with commercially reasonable best efforts. No express warranties beyond those granted in writing.

Total liability is capped at the fees paid by the customer in the trailing 12-month period.

Either party may terminate for cause or convenience with the notice period stated in your order form. We provide a data-export window of at least 30 days post-termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA.

Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
